What is Dēmos-Dynamics?
Sharif Abdullah coined the term “demos-dynamics” to describe the multiple and interlocking processes by which people change.
Dēmos: the common people (Latin).
Dynamics: about change, interaction, adaptation, energy and power.
Dēmos -dynamics: How people interact and change – for the good of all. The study of change elements (factors and actions) in human societies. Demos-dynamics refers to the effects of various forces, factors and actions on the interactions of human populations.
Dēmos-Dynamics is a field of study and inquiry and a course of action, an attempt to understand the complexity of human interactions in the 21st Century.

How Dēmos-Dynamics Works...
There are many, many aspects that make up any human society. Human beings interact with each other and with their environment in highly complex ways.
It is the dynamic interaction of these human elements that is the foundation for demos-dynamics. In old-style disciplines, different elements are examined isolated from each other, making it difficult to understand the dynamic nature of human interactions. Piecemeal approaches may help solve some problems, but can do lasting damage to the morale and communications within an organization.
Demos-dynamics provides the way to understand how people behave in the “real world”.
Dēmos-Dynamics and “Deep Identity”
By definition, “deep identity” are those parts of your identity that you received before you gained the capacity for objective thought. Your deep identity is the part of your identity that is the most difficult to think about rationally. Because of this, deep identity does not change easily.
